Joe acquired skills and unique insight into the workings of education laws and systems while working for nine years as the in-house legal counsel for Savannah State University. In addition, his personal passion for cycling led him to become an advocate for safe cycling and the bicycle community.
When he’s not working on cases, Joe is active in his church and community, having spent time as a city councilman and chairman of Savannah’s Historic Review Board.
